The problem I have a Eurom Mon Soleil 770 which uses the Tuya network. I have it working in the Tuya Smart app and via 'Device Debugging' on the Tuya IoT platform.. It was possible to use Tasmota but you had to parse the serial commands in Home assistant. It's easier in ESPHOME uart_read_line_sensor.h
