The Path of the Dark Eldar Omnibus shows you a pretty major conflict between the two, an essential read if you enjoy the Drukhari. I'm not so hot on the Craftworld end of the lore but as far as I recall the answer is actually no. There are examples of them plundering craftworlds given as asides but nothing concrete.
