This track should only be attempted by experienced bushwalkers. It involves rock scrambling and difficult ascends using a fixed chain for assistance. Leaving the car at the Border gates ( tick inspection area), head towards Mt Lindesay. The track follows the National Park boundary, and you follow it until you get to a track on the left. After following this track, skirt into the national park.

The Mt Lindesay picnic area is quite a drive north of Denmark, and part of the roads needed to access the national park are gravel. So there is some driving required to get here, because it is quite a bit out of the way, and be prepared for some rough conditions, although it's certainly manageable with a 2WD.
